Super Lift Tray 500T

TWD delivered the complete design of a Super Lift Tray with stinger and interface for a Terex Demag 12600 crane.

The Super Lift Tray will be used for heavy lifting operations requiring additional counterweights, while installed on a floating barge. The Super Lift Tray comprises of a counterweight tray, an A-frame, and a stinger. A transition piece mounted on the backside of the crane structure transfers the horizontal loads from the Super Lift Tray to the crane. The existing pendant structure will conduct the vertical counterweight load to the backmast.
