Legal notice

For all our services and deliverables the following terms and conditions are applicable: "The New Rules 2005" (the Legal relationship client-architect, engineer and consultant), which is abbreviated as ‘DNR 2005’. The general and/or special terms and conditions of other parties are not applicable unless otherwise agreed. Every departure from the DNR 2005 must be expressly confirmed in writing by Temporary Works Design B.V. Such departures will be designated as special conditions which apply only to the project concerned.

Temporary Works Design will provide a (digital) copy of the DNR 2005 terms and conditions upon request.
